So let's let the blogging begin, shall we?

This site is about being myself. Hey, if I want to call it Shower With Fred, that's what it's gonna be... so far I'm glad people like the site concept and have a bit of sense of humor.

One thing that I've noticed is that some people have very little sense of humor... I'm noticing that especially in Americans.

I remember when I had my "Scuba Diving Sale" a lot of people took the whole thing awefully seriously.

By the way, I have to admit something. The picture on the page wasn't taken in Bali, but was taken a few years earlier in Brazil... Since the site was set up *before* I went to Bali, I didn't have a picture to send so I used an old one...

Very soon, I intend to share with you my quest. I'm in the process of moving south. I haven't completely figured out the details, but I'm pretty excited about the possibility of escaping the winter hell pretty much forever.

Why Shower With Fred

Why shower with Fred? Well obviously, good personal hygiene is very important. We all know that a daily shower is a great way to maintain a clean body.

So what's the deal here?

Honestly, I felt like my previous blog was stalling. I mean "Peaches and a Guitar"? Well, people wanted to read about raw food, they wanted me to post how many bananas I was eating every day, and stuff like that.

The truth is I never did that!

Honestly, this blog could be called "Upclose and Personal With Fred" or something like that. But I find at the moment "Shower With Fred" is more fun.

I want to share the real me. The guy behind the websites, and if you hang on with me on this blog, I'll guarantee that I'll share some pretty cool secrets with you.

Not just stuff you can talk about in your next raw potluck, but stuff you can actually use!

Also, I'm committed to post to this blog regularly and keep it alive.
