I haven't expressed this publicly, but I've been doing a lot of "personal work" lately. Mainly, looking into who I am, my relationships with myself and others, and what my contribution to the world can be.
This brings me to make a very important choice that's going to impact all of my readers in a major way. Within the next few weeks, I'm going to take a break from publishing my e-zine "Pure Health & Nutrition." For the first time in at least a year, there's not going to be an e-zine that week.
Instead, there will be something much more important. I'm going to send you a letter telling you more about where I am in my life and how it's going to impact the work that I'm doing in the natural health movement. This letter will be unlike anything you have read before from me.
After that, anything will be possible. That's why I can't guarantee that my e-zine will continue, or that anything will continue in the same form it is now. Since after I send out that letter anything will be possible, you can count on me to choose the very best.
NOTE: I am feeling good! Don't expect some dramatic and shocking announcement. Just something really honest like you've never read before that's going to touch you and inspire you.
Can't wait to see what you're up to Fred!

Hey
Read you "where do I live" thing. I just
moved to tuscany italy. It has lots of
fruits and veggies. You can get organic
it is not expensive like Maui. I lived
there 6 months as I teach meditation and
am going to build a retreat business for
various parts of the world.
The people are cool. You are only 1.5 hours
away from Florence. I live in Montalcino
I suggest Siena if you want fast, but
Florence has 12mega that is really fast
you can move around cheaply without a car
i.e. bus/train and it is really warm in the
summer and definitely not like Canada in
the winter.
In the winter if you get bored you can
migrate south to Tunisia (nice place or
Morrocco or south of italy.
Hope this helps
patricia
p.s. girls well there are alot
